Looking for a second opinion on your current plan, or wondering what you are missing at your income level.

High-Earning Professionals
Real Estate Investors

Evaluating depreciation strategy, a 1031 exchange, or how a new acquisition will affect your tax position this year.

If you already have an accountant but need a second opinion, or you have a specific question that is costing you sleep and money, this session is built for exactly that.

Weighing an entity change, a major purchase, or a compensation strategy and want a straight answer before you decide.

One session,

Real value

Before you book

The goal of every session is simple: the strategy we uncover should be worth meaningfully more than the fee.

Tax law changed significantly with the 2025 tax legislation now permanent in the code, and most of the opportunity is in the details most preparers never get to. That is where this session lives.

I already have a CPA or accountant. Is this still useful?

Yes. Most sessions are second opinions. Your current accountant may be excellent at compliance and still not be doing proactive strategy. This session fills that gap without replacing anyone.

What if my question needs more than 45 minutes?

We will get as far as the time allows and you will leave with a clear list of next steps. If ongoing, deeper strategy work makes sense, I will tell you plainly and we can discuss what that looks like.

Is this a sales call for your other services?

No. You are paying for my time and analysis, not a pitch. If an ongoing planning relationship would serve you better, I will mention it once and let you decide.

What should I bring to the session?

Whatever is relevant to your question: a recent tax return, entity documents, or simply a clear description of the decision you are weighing. Nothing is required in advance. We always recommend uploading your most recently filed tax return so we can reference it in our call. Please use the link below.

My discussion with Phil was eye-opening. I implemented just two of their recommendations and saved $40,000 the first year. Now they handle all my taxes
